FOOD AND WINE COURSE

Journey through the regions of Italy and discover more about its culinary and oenological heritage while you consolidate your language skills. This course book is ideal for intermediate and upper intermediate students with dedicated texts and activities for B1 and B2 level . Ten thematic units take you through the history and traditions of Italian wine and cuisine, key events in the trade calendar, Italy's culinary schools and famous faces, as well as the changing techniques and trends.

Each unit comprises an array of images and varied activities including audio tracks, videos and extra activities accessible online. Transcripts and answers to the exercises are also provided in appendix.
